Heading: Everything You Need to Know Before You Begin

Here are answers to the most common questions we hear from new and prospective patients. If you have additional questions, feel free to contact us directly or ask during your first visit.

Your first visit includes a thorough evaluation: spinal exam, posture analysis, digital foot scan, and ordering any necessary imaging. It usually takes under 45 minutes. Your results are reviewed alongside your health history either the same day or in a follow-up report of findings.

You can upload any past medical records to our secure patient portal, including x-rays, MRIs, NCV/EMG reports, and lab results (blood, urine, stool, saliva).

We conduct a biomechanical assessment focused on movement, balance, and spinal stability. Testing may include posture measurements, digital foot scans, orthopedic and neurological evaluations, and breath mechanics.

Chiropractic care focuses on the spine and nervous system. Misalignments in the spine (called subluxations) can cause interference in nerve function, affecting other systems in the body.

A chiropractic adjustment is a safe, manual correction of spinal misalignments to improve function and reduce nerve interference. It is non-invasive and medication-free.

We perform adjustments to the spine and may also work with joints in the arms, legs, and cranium. Soft tissue therapy and functional rehab may also be included depending on your needs.

Many patients experience relief after beginning care, but lasting results come from addressing the root causes of pain. We focus on long-term recovery, not just temporary symptom relief.

Chiropractic care is generally painless and one of the safest options available. Some soreness may occur, especially when muscles are reactivated during recovery.

If your insurance has out-of-network benefits, it may cover part of your care. We can verify your benefits and also offer affordable options for those without coverage. Good Faith Estimates are available upon request.
