Sleep is complex, so we need both your feedback and ideally some data. We start by understanding everything related to your sleep — what time you try to go to bed, what time you actually fall asleep, how well you breathe and how much you move during sleep, how your pulse and oxygen levels respond overnight, and whether you wake up in the middle of the night or struggle to get back to sleep. There is a great deal we learn from these observations. Like any other issue we see, our Complete System Review will often reveal additional habits and behaviors that need attention — particularly meal timing and quality close to bedtime, exposure to artificial light and screens, noise, and any other environmental factors that serve as excessive stimulants competing with sleep.
